This website is operated by Noodle Poodle’s Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Noodle Poodle’s. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

1: The Right to Cancel

When you have placed an order with us, you are able to cancel the order with no charge until the order is dispatched by us.

2: Refunds

The customer agrees that unless we agree otherwise the maximum amount of any refund will be limited to the price paid for any returned goods, not including any additional costs whether incidental or otherwise including but not limited to any postage and packaging costs.

Payments with a credit card are refunded to that card. Gift card purchases receive a refund through a credit to the gift card.

3: I’ve Changed My Mind

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). You will normally be liable for the postal cost of returning the item(s) as well as the postal cost of shipping the item(s) to you.

Your item(s) needs to be:

Unused and with all original components
In its original packaging with no damage to the packaging
In a resalable condition
With its proof of purchase
With any free items that came with the product
Ensure that any returned item(s) are adequately package to prevent any damage to the item(s) in transit

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it could take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days.

4: Damaged or Lost In Transit

You agree that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that might be caused during transit.

If you receive items from us that have been damaged in transit, then must:

Inform us of any damage within 3 days of receiving the item(s)
Supply us with a description and photographic evidence of any damage
Supply us with any additional information required by the postal service

We will then be able to file a claim against the postal service and arrange to replace or refund you for the damages item.

5: Faulty Goods

Any goods which are proven to be faulty or have been incorrectly dispatched may be returned to us within 14-days of receiving them.

The recipient agrees that they will:

Supply us with a description and photographic evidence of the fault
Provide us with proof of purchase
Cover any return postage cost
Ensure that any returned item(s) are adequately package to prevent any damage to the item(s) in transit

Once we have confirmed that the item is faulty then we will either send a suitable replacement item(s) or refund you for the full cost of the item(s) and any reasonable postal costs that you incurred.

If you need to return the item(s) we will advise you of the postal service to use. If you chose to use a more expansive postal method, then we may only refund your postage costs for the lower amount.

6: Postage Times

Any postage times stated are given purely as an estimated guide only. The actual postage times may vary greatly from those stated either verbally or in writing or by any other method.

7: Signed for Deliveries

Some deliveries may require a signature upon delivery. If no answer is obtained at the delivery address a card will be left. The recipient may need to collect the parcel or arrange redelivery of the item(s).

If you are sending a gift, please advise the recipient to expect a delivery.

Should the recipient fail to collect the parcel and the item is returned to us we cannot be held responsible. In this case, you will have to cover any additional postage cost.

Any refund that may be issued for item(s) that are returned in this manner will be limited to the cost of the items(s) and will not include any postal costs. In this even we reserve the right to also deduct the costs of any additional postage charges that we may incur.

10: Product Categories & Descriptions

For ease of use the products on our site may be sorted into categories.

Although we try to ensure that the products listed on the site appear within the correct categories and have the correct descriptions this cannot be guaranteed, and mistakes may be made. For this reason, you must always carefully check any items(s) that you receive before they are used.

If you do purchase any products, which you cannot use because they may appear in the wrong category or were given an incorrect description, please contact us to discuss the possibility of a refund.

11: Charges

We will confirm acceptance of your order in writing, by a message on the website, an email or both. If an item you order is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

We are not liable for any technical errors and will contact you as soon as possible to resolve any problems.

12: Vouchers, Promotions & Special Offers

We may from time to time offer promotional prices and special offers. If you are a lucky recipient of an offer, the validity will be clearly stated to you either on the website, or on the voucher.

In the event of any problems with a voucher or promotion, please contact us.

13: User Comments, Feedback & Other Submissions

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Noodle Poodle’s, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensor, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
