Shipping Costs

UK Shipping

We offer standard shipping to any destinations in the UK. Delivery using this method normally takes around 2 to 5* working days once an order has shipped. 

For a small additional fee, we also offer a faster delivery service in the UK. Delivery using this method normally takes around 1 to 2* working days once an order has shipped. 

Rest of World

For an additional shipping fee, we offer international shipping to many countries outside the UK.  These regions include Europe, USA, Canada, Australasia and most of Asia. Delivery overseas usually takes around 5 to 9* days once an order has shipped.

International shipping procedures are far more complex than local UK shipments. Any order overseas may unexpectedly be further delayed by issues such as customs clearance and freight delays.

Shipping Times

We try to ship all orders within 2 working day with the following type of exceptions:

• We do not ship orders on UK bank holidays.
• We do not normally ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, then it may not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday.
• During busy periods such as Christmas, shipments may be delayed. On these occasions we will process all outstanding orders in the sequence that they were placed and ship them as quickly as possible.
• If there is a problem with your order such as missing or incorrect delivery details or stock problems, then your shipment may be delayed. In the event of a problem, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
